WEAR YOUR FAVOURITE COLOURS DO ANYTHING THAT HELP YOU

Then we are going to Tune in
Allowing yourself to get centered into this sacred space.
Breathing in and letting it go.
Maybe these are the first full breaths you’ve taken today.
That’s okay because you’re doing it now.
Taking that deep breath in and centering into this space,
HONOUR ALL IT TOOK TO BE HERE TODAY
maybe there was a voice within you that said, “I don’t know if I believe that.”
Breathe that in, honor that.
Honoring all that is up for you good and bad,
whatever it may be, don’t judge it.
Just be present with what it is.
With your resistance, with your fear, with your self-attack,
just breathe into it and let it go.
Just be cool with what it is today.
Honoring all that it took to get you here.
Breathing I breath consciously for 10 breath,
inhale for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds

Exercise 1: just connect with each part of the body from toes to head
Exercise 2: imagine a feather with white light caressing each part of the body starting from head
Exercise 3: bright light bringing warmth & love to each part of the body thanking it and sending love finish hugging yourself

the nature of emotions is that they move arise, come and go
they get stock when we dont let them flow or express them

Imagine a place where you feel safe and connected
BEAUTY (CHEST OPEN BIG INHALE) FEELING OF OPENING ARMS
imagine your favourite place on earth beautiful witness how your body feel
LOVE (CHEST EXPAND, BODY RELAX BIG EXALE)
imagine the person you love the most hugging you see how your body respond, see how it relax
FEAR (CHEST CONTRACT SHOULDERS DROP)
imagine a situation that you are scared of, or somenthing that is truly worrying you at the moment
imagine someone your enemy ora situations that paralize you that you hate
- imagine yourself in front of you, do you like what you see? what is it that you dislike the most,
is it in your body in your behaviour? connect to it
I WANT YOU TO THINK OF ALL THE STRUGGLES YOU HAD TO GO THROUGH TO GET TO THAT POINT AND HOW MUCH YOUR BODY HAD TO COPE WITH
AND NOW SEE YOURSELF DANCING IT ALL OUT
THE LONELINESS, THE INSECURITIES, THE FEAR, THE ANGER LIKE ENERGY IN MOTION
DANCE OUT YOUR JOY, FEAR, RELEASE YOUR BODY
LISTEN TO WHAT IT HAS TO SAY
NOW YOU CAN IMAGINE IT OR
START DANCING IT

- imagine yourself in front of you what is the thing that made you the proudest,
a part of you that you like?
- imagine yourself doing the thing you love the most where you have no fear, no judgement
- imagine REGAINING YOUR POWER, YOUR IDEAL SELF AND STAY THERE
imagine receiving the most beautiful massagge
NOW DANCE LOVE, COURAGE, BEAUTY
What if that part of our body is trying to tell us somenthing?
WHAT PART OF YOUR BODY IS RESPONDING? WHAT IS BEING STIFF OR FROZEN?
WHAT EMOTIUONS DO YOU FEEL LIKE DANCING?
WHAT IS THE EXERCISE THAT YOU FIND EASIER TO DO,
WHAT FEELING DID YOU FEEL THE STRONGEST THE MOST
WHAT FEELING WAS HARDER TO FEEL
AND NOW COMPARE THEM WITH THE ANSWERS YOU GAVE BEFORE AND THE WHEEL OF LIFE
ARE THEY THE same or more feelings came out?
EVERYDAY YOU MAY EXPERIENCE SOMENTHING DIFFERENT
JUST HONOUR IT AND WRITE IT DOWN
Write them down if so and write the following statement
