DANCE YOUR TRUTH

"Your truth is where pure joy is"

YOUR TRUTH IS WHERE JOY IS!

ONCE YOU FELT THAT POWER, YOUR TRUTH, YOU KEEP LIGHING UP YOUR LIGHT OVERE AND OVER AGAIN AND SOON ANOTHER PERSON LIGHT WILL LIGHT UP AND THE WORLD WILL LIGHT UP

We are now ready to dance from within...our truth!

DAY 1

 

Before we start I'd like you to answer the following questions that we will use again at the end of the week

FROM 1 TO 10 WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR BODY?

WHAT PART OF YOUR BODY ARE YOU MOST DISCONNECTED WITH?

WHAT PARTS DO YOU DISLIKE THE MOST?

 ARE YOU AFRAID TO MOVE IT, TO EXPRESS IT, TO DANCE? IF SO WHY? HOW DO YOU FEEL BY DOING THAT?

WHAT FEAR ARE YOU EXPERIENCING? 

WHAT ARE YOUR CHALLENGES

"I Embrace my self and I witness any  perception I have today of my body wrong or right "

Softly say this word to yourself 20 times throughout the day, especially when you feel yourself fighting or resisting your healing journey

and write it down on your diary

COMMITMENT:

Set your alarm on your phone for lunch break, afternoon and evening with

"dance it out break"
Whenever you notice a strong feeling or your body reaction change to a situation get up and dance it out
