In this phase, we'll kickstart your journey by helping you connect with daily joy. You will keep a "Butterfly Journal" to note down simple things
that truly move you from within.
These are not necessarily things that you think make you happy,
but moments that genuinely touch your heart.
We'll guide you in exercises to exercise your mind to find joy in everyday life.
BODY:
Belly Dance: Introduction to both beginners and improvers/advanced choreographies for the show
MEDANS®: Gentle MEDANS workouts for beginners.

Now it's time to explore your worthiness.
You'll learn that you are worthy of receiving all the good that life has to offer.
Daily rituals will involve self-love practices, affirmations, and self-compassion exercises.
We will also learn to bring pleasure into our life through daily rituals.
This will involve savoring delicious foods, indulging in joyful dances, and pampering yourself.
These activities will help you recognize and embrace your innate abundance.
