The 'why' is the reason someone should be learning from you, and learning about your course topic. Explain the problem your lessons will fix, the consequences if the problem is left unsolved, and what life looks like after the problem is fixed forever.

WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR BODY?

WHAT PARTS DO YOU DISLIKE THE MOST?

WHY ARE YOU AFRAID TO MOVE IT, TO EXPRESS IT, TO DANCE?

EMOTIONS ARE E-MOTIONS ENERGY IN MOTIONS

the nature of emotions is that they move arise, come and go

they get stock when we dont let them flow or express them

 I belive that language is so limited to express our emotions

that’s why we need music, art, dance to express ourselves from  within

I feel much more than words…that what words describe…

no words can make me feel like this music this dance…i could not communicate it better than my body


 

When we go through life and we experience powerful emotions,

When we see somenthing beautiful or we experience somenthing terrible

or we hear a song and it creates a feeling in us that we can not find the words to communicate it

That emotions stays within us and needs to get out

And that feeling can be beautiful, painful, wonderful, dark

Would be magical for us to have the tools

to dance it or play it or maybe paint it

In this way we are not only comunicating from our soul

WE ARE LETTING ENERGY FLOW

we are healing ourselves and spreading that energy, that feeling full of love and light to the world

I believe everyone can and must dance

Unfortunately in todays society we are totally disconnected with our body

We are raised to not like it

To see iot full of imperfections

We see it as an ornament, as somenthing for others to admire or judge

The What - Video Lesson - In this lesson, explain the what that goes into learning your material. 

The 'what' covers all the things your student needs to know before they can start practicing what you're teaching, or before they can fix the problems your lessons will solve. Think of this lesson as the prerequisite to the solution you'll give them in the next lesson.

What our body is representing today is the state of our soul and the only way we can listen to our truth, our soul is for the bodsy to comunicate it  and the best way it can comunicate it freely is through art, through dance 

so throgh these 21 days we are going to find out where we are at truly then listen  to what we aare going through and heal it

through dance

 

WE will connect to our soul with  meditations, breath work, visualizations and dance

The first week of this course we will fins where we are now, with your thoughts and emotions, it is all about self assessment

STARTING THE CONVERSATION WITH YOUR BODY, LOVING YOURSELF

MASNIFESTATION AND TRANSFORMATION

Why you are more attracted to a certain type of music

Why you can not do certain movements

 

Where your root chakra is super strong, survival instinct is amazing but your love, trust is weak

So you have strong hips movements but your arms are weak

Maybe when you had to survive you didn’t know you were worth it of being loved?

Is any of your chakra for example overloaded? I had to discover my survival instinct was so strong that my trust and fluidity for life was blocked so my base chakra was powerful but other chakras less?

Are you authenthic, truthful,

 know who you are bust scared to speak your truth?

LET’S DISCOVER TOGETHER WHY IT IS NOT THE BODY THAT HAS A PROBLEM BUT MY EMOTIONS ARE ALL STUCK INSIDE OF ME

THAT IS NOT THAT YOUR BODY IS STIFF BUT MAYVE YOU HEART IS CLOSED FOR FEAR, YOU DON’T FEEL SAFE

LET’S STOP BLAMING THE BODY FOR IT AND INSTEAD LET’S DISCOVER THE TRUTH BEHIND IT

YOU SEE…YOUR BODY IS TELLING YOU AGAIN THE TRUTH OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR SOUL

IT CAN’T LET GO IF YOU CAN NOT LET GO INSIDE

SO YOUR ARMS WILL LOOK BEAUTIFUL

BECAUSE YOUR HEART IS OPEN

YOU WILL TWERK BETTER BECAUSE YOU ARE IN YOUR TRUTH

YOUR HIPS WONT LIE BECAUSE YOU TRUST AND FLOW WITH LIFE

 

SO DANCING IS NOT ANY LONGER A PHISYCAL ACHIEVEMNT BUT A MEDICINE FOR THE SOUL

 

The How - Video Lesson - In this lesson, explain the 'how' involved in putting into practice the teaching from the previous lesson.

Here you can demonstrate real-life concepts, provide how-to instructions, or guide an exercise. Show your students the steps they actually have to take in order to fix the problem and to fully understand your teachings.

There is a morning reflection. There is an affirmation to take you throughout the day, and then there is an evening self-reflective exercise will have downloaded your workbook now, in which you will see the four modules that structure this course. 

There are pages on which for you to take notes, journal and write down affirmations. At these points, you may want to pause and think about what we have been discussing in each module. You can return to the

se pages whenever you like.
