Let me tell you I used to DREAD MONDAYS!

And to make it worst my Sundays, that are supposed to be a day of rest and relaxation, easily became a day of worry and anticipatory anxiety

DURING THIS LOCKDOWN I HAVE MASTERED THE PERFECT ROUTINE THAT SNAPS YOU OUT IMMEDIATELY FROM YOUR MONDAY DREAD AND GET YOU BACK INTO

FEELING ALIVE & FULL OF JOY!!



1) MOVE, DANCE FIRST...THINK LATER!




Yes you heard me! You need to GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD INTO YOUR BODY ASAP!

When you spend too much time in your head you think too much, negative thoughts arise so quickly and that's because we are so used to focus on what we don't have (weekend gone for example!) get out of that energy and DANCE IT ALL OUT! Once your body starts moving you will change your energy and you vibrations will make you feel alive again ...and if you feel silly doing it it is because YOU ARE SPENDING TOO MUCH TIME IN YOUR HEAD! DON'T THINK...JUST MOVE...JUMP...DANCE!

2) RAMPAGE OF GRATITUDE

After your wild dance your mind will be free to think positive again! You will realise how lucky you are to be alive & kicking...

My experience with practicing gratitude has been transformational. This spiritual discipline helps me focus on what I have and not on what I think I need.

Gratitude has taught me the fun in discovering hidden blessings, treasures I may have missed if I hadn’t been paying attention...and the more I practice gratitude the more blessings I discover I have...and more abundance comes my way
